I plan on making this into a book. What is typed in this and any following blog posts related to this story is a rough, unrefined draft. When this becomes a book, significant differences, and more detail will be added. Also, I do not plan on posting the ending of this story. The name might change a few times, but regarding the blog posts, it will remain Revenge.
Justice and Sarah were in the woods going for their weekly run. That week, Justice wanted to go to the waterfall on the edge of the pack land. Since Justice and Jackson are part of the elite fighters for the Moonlight pack, They thought it would be safe to go to the waterfall. Also, it has been a long time since there have been rogue attacks. They found an excellent spot to picnic on the edge of the pond the waterfall flows into. As They were finishing up and Justice was packing everything, Sarah saw someone walking up towards them. So, Sarah asked, "Mommy, who is that?"
"Get behind the rock," she says
"But mommy-"
"No, but let's get behind that rock." Sarah runs behind the most enormous rock as Justice shifts into her big brown wolf, who has white paws. It is rare to have a big brown wolf with white paws because it means they are stranger than an average alpha. Justice would be the Alpha but stepped down to let her brother take over. Justice takes a fatal hit and falls to the ground, making Sarah run over to her mother. Sarah hugged her and told her to wake up. She won't wake up.
"Wake up, Mommy. You can't leave me." Justice's lifeless body lays there as her 8-year-old daughter, Sarah, shakes her body. Her brown hair grows darker as the blood flows into it, and her eyes are wide open, staring at where Sarah was hidden as she died. Sarah shot up and took off, running back toward the pack house. Screaming her head off, "Help, Help my mom. She is hurt really bad." The pack doctor runs up to her.
"Where is your mommy?" The Pack doctor asks
"At the waterfall," Sarah says, pointing back where she came from.
"Ok." With that, the pack doctor ran off in the direction she came from. Two hours later. She is being dragged into the cellar. Within ten minutes of being pulled into the cellar, she was tied to a chair and hit repeatedly because they thought she killed her mother. The pack doctor came in and said, "She died of an attack by another wolf."
"So you didn't do it." Alpha Caleb said.
"That is right, alpha," Sarah said.
"Could you describe what the wolf looked like?" Alpha Caleb asked.
"Yes. The wolf was black with white ears, and the paws were golden blonde." Sarah Said with tears rolling down her face.
"There's only one wolf I know that resembles what you described. Your uncle." Alpha Caleb said.
"my uncle?" She asks
"Yes. I mean your dad's brother." Beta Jack says, looking over at Alpha.
"Dad doesn't have a brother," Sarah said, looking at the beta.
Yes, he does. You didn't know about him because he is a rogue." Alpha Celab said, looking pissed.
"But why would he want to kill my mom?"
"I don't know sweetheart." Alpha Celab says, and she starts crying again. She was always a mommy's girl. When she got home, she found a note from her father.
Dear Sarah,
I am so sorry for leaving you like this, but I can't stand to stay here and raise you because you look and act like your mom. I will always love you. I will miss you. I hope to come back someday.
Love your dad
All she wanted was her father. The only parent she had left. He ran because of the pain from his mate's death.
In this part, Sarah is 8 years old. The next part will be 8 years after all this happened and will be Sarah's P.O.V.
